Late beans are coming on after the second planting due to the failure of the first planting for lack of rain. We have had plenty of rain since and these new beans are looking good. They must be good because the deer have been taking their share. 18 x 24 oil on linen

Looks like a bean field down along the Missouri River in Carroll County. Like the variation of green in the foreground. Is there a river just beyond the tree line??
No river beyond the tree line, however about a mile away is the inland waterway and the Atlantic ocean.
